Baby Shower

My dear, sweet friend Lydia hosted a baby shower for me recently! She told me she wanted to have a shower for me over 3 years ago and even after all these years, she kept good on her promise :) She had help from Tasha, Betty, Brenda, Jaiden and Jennifer too :) Thanks girls! Yall are the best!

It was the most wonderful shower I’ve ever been to! Every single detail had been thought of and carried out with such love and care. I really can’t even begin to tell you how special I felt!!

Earlier that same day, I had come down with a migraine. I was laying in bed just a couple hours before I would need to leave and I couldn’t even open my eyes. I laid there and prayed and prayed. I was just desperate to be able to go because I knew how hard my friends had worked on making this day so special for me. And I wanted to see all of my many friends!!!

I did end up getting up to get ready and my friend Misty drove since I couldn’t . I was blessed enough to also have Jennifer, Niki and Rachel make the long drive over to attend with me! What a blessing!!!

Since I wasn’t feeling well and my brain wasn’t fully functioning, I hate to say that somehow I didn’t even get pictures of everything. But trust me, it was amazing!

Here’s the cupcake table. Look at those cupcakes!! There were 3 different flavors and they all had fondant decoration on top. Some were China, some were Arkansas and some had her name. Amazing! My friend Lacey made the cupcakes :)

Big Sister came along and even got to open all of her sister’s gifts.

They even served delicious Chinese food and it was beautifully laid out on the table. There were several choices of drinks AND they even had special fortune cookies made! They all had special messages in them! With her name, the kids names and “Welcome Home Khloe!” on some. SOOO special!!!!

Thank you all for having the MOST wonderful shower for me! I appreciated it so much and definitely felt the incredible love you guys have for me, my family and our sweet girl.

We love you all so very much and can’t wait to share Miss Khloe with all of you!!
