The boys both participated in the principal's writing contest at their school this past month. And we just found out on Friday that they both won! I think they had a few winners in each grade. They had their names called over the PA system at school to go to the office and get their prizes. They got a ribbon and a prize. Braden's prize was a bug set with plastic bugs. Rhett's prize was a book with toy cars and a big poster of a race course in the back of the book. We are so proud of the boys!
I couldn't get the boys to pose with their prizes to save my life. Rhett was holding his ribbon and they each had one of Braden's toy bugs on their heads. Boys will be boys, right?
