Life as we know it

Well, today is the last day of Christmas vacation. The boys are back to school tomorrow morning. Back to life as we know it. Crazy and hectic.
I ushered in this last day of no structure in style... Jason had to take one of the trucks to the shop, so he's home while he waits on it to be done....and I didn't wake up until 9:30!!!! I'm a lucky girl! Although, now, I have a headache- surely from too much sleep!
I have so enjoyed the boys being home. And Jason has managed to spend a little more time at home over the holidays too. It has just been the best. In the past, I didn't fully enjoy the interruption in the routine, all the little bodies running around 24 hrs a day. But this time, I'm actually sad for them to have to go back.
Maybe it's that they are all getting older and it's much easier than it used to be to manage their needs and the office and the house too. Maybe it's that I'm more laid back than I used to be?
Whatever it is, I'm thankful and it's been so fun!
Here's to a swift semester...so we can get on to summer vacation and hopefully lots of camping!
