Santa

Last Saturday we went to visit Santa. He was at the pool house in our community. The ladies that were in charge of decorating did such a wonderful job.

Here's a picture of the fireplace they made.
Gracie asked Santa for 2 Barbies. I was proud of her for sitting on his lap all by herself for the first time, but she didn't have much to say.

Braden didn't want to go and he didn't really want to sit on Santa's lap, but we told him he needed to show his brother and sister that he was doing it or they would ask questions. He was a trooper. It's so weird... this is the first Christmas that he knows the truth... another reminder that my kids are growing up.

Rhett was so cute. He got so shy when he sat on Santa's lap.

Gracie showing her decorated cookie to Mrs. Claus.

Mrs. Santa checking out the boys' cookie decorating.

It was wonderful to get to see Santa (and he was a GREAT Santa!) and have a treat. The best part was, we didn't have to park 5 miles away from the building and we didn't have to wait in line. What a great perk for living in our neighborhood. I'm so thankful!
