Update: weigh in

The scale finally moved again! The closer you get to the goal weight, the slower the scale moves. Mine's been going down very slowly the past few weeks. Partly my own fault as I've been a little more lenient on myself with the food. But, I've continued to track my points. Even if it is a bad day and I've consumed way too many of my plus points, I track it. I've never ended a week having gone over my points. The past few weeks, I've eaten all or almost all of them!
In addition, I hurt my neck and the 90 minute/4 times per week work outs have turned into twice a week/60 min walking fairly slow (only about 3 mph) on the treadmill.
So, it's no surprise that the weight loss slowed some.
I woke up on Monday morning and decided it was time to get back to it and quit consuming so many of my plus points. (Hide the Easter candy!!!)
The total lost is:
22.4 lbs
With a goal of losing 32 lbs, I'm now officially less than 10 lbs away!!
I can do it!!
