Good Friday

Today was a pretty good day. Last night, Rhett did much better. He didn't have any full-blown terrors. He did start having one twice, but he was sleeping right between us and we were sleeping lightly, if any, and we caught it right when it started happening...before it got too bad. We both hugged him tightly and spoke softly to him and rubbed his back until it was over and he went back to sleep. He didn't even fully wake up. We were very thankful that they weren't as bad. We didn't get nearly as stressed and it was over much quicker and we were able to get some more sleep than the past few nights.
Today, Gracie and I ran some errands. We even got to meet Daddy for a gourmet Sonic lunch. We love getting to spend time with Daddy!! And you should see Gracie eat a corn dog! She scarfed the whole thing in record time. We got the boys signed up for their fall sports of choice. Braden will be playing volleyball and Rhett will be playing soccer.
We met my friend Natalie at the mall and we sat and visited while Gracie played in the play place at the mall. It was really fun.
I am taking a short break from doing office work, but getting ready to get back to it.
We're thankful it's the weekend. A LONG weekend too! Jason is going to work half a day and then we're going to the Naturals game with Jason's family and some of Jeff's friends. Jeff rented one of the Luxury boxes for us all to enjoy. We are so excited! I'll post pictures of it afterwards. I'm sure it's going to be a great day.
